INDEFINITE ARTICLE A-AN


INDEFINITE ARTICLE A-AN
(a) is used when the object begins with a consonant letter.
(an) is used when the object begins with a vowel letter.

Example:

  • a car

  • an apple

  • a lemon

  • an orange

  • a bike

  • an onion
